What is full spectrum vs. isolate?
Full spectrum CBD contains all naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, and beneficial plant compounds — including trace amounts of THC (below 0.3%). Isolate is 99%+ pure CBD with no other cannabinoids. Many users prefer full spectrum for what is known as the entourage effect, where compounds work together for enhanced benefits.

How long does shipping take?
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, and Purolator which typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes. Orders placed and paid before 9:30 AM Pacific Time on business days are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is stuck in transit or overdue, please contact us at info@drcbdcanada.com. When your package is 3 days overdue, we will begin a formal investigation. If it is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge. Please know that you're in good hands.
RETURNS
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at info@drcbdcanada.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you on a solution.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it for a $19.99 reshipping fee. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
